How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in France, Russia, China, Thailand, Singapore will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (90 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- if you received the wrong item or if there was a problem with it, you can request a refund or a reshipment within 7 days after you received your parcel.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Chemical Academy (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Great little telescope for checking out the moon, haven't really tried doing anything else with it though. Bought mine last August and have had lots of fun with it since then. I use my iPhone to take pictures through the lense and have gotten some great shots.
I don't know why people are expecting the results of the Hubble Telescope in the reviews. It does exactly what it's designed to do. It takes the moon and makes it look like a large marble that's placed a few inches from your eye that's in pretty good focus. You can see some craters on the Moon, but you can't see Niel Armstrong's footprints. You can see the rings of Saturn, but you can't count them like a tree that's been cut in half. I'm not sure why some individuals have ridiculous expectations for something that's $200... There are better scopes out there, sure, but it's a great beginner scope for kids and amateurs. I got this for my 7 year old who has shown interest in the Cosmos. If he really gets into it, I'll invest more later and pass this to his younger siblings. For right now, it's perfect. The frame is light, but the scope is light and doesn't need a heavy duty frame. It holds the scope, which is what it's designed to do. All the pieces were accounted for, and it

Still playing with it as I just received a few days ago. Got to take a look at the moon for the first time last night and was impressed. This is my first telescope so I can't speak to all of the technical stuff yet. I'm still waiting for the planets to get above the horizon, at a decent time, to take a look at them. I would like to know from the more experienced what eye piece they recommend for seeing the rings of Saturn and Jupiter. I can see the mountains around the moons craters, but I'm not sure the two eye pieces this came with will give me a good shot of Jupiter

Good product. Found the fragile parts, including came a piece cracked, but without prejudice to use. Lack manual to identify and mount the telescope. Overall is a good product.
Got this for my husband for Christmas. Is getting ready to retire and he's always wanted a telescope. He was a little nervous at first thinking it was a bit over his head but he went online and listened to some videos about how to use and he is very excited. He's learning more about astronomy by watching videos online and has found out that there are some accessories that he can buy to make viewing more fun. Pictures were taken with a smartphone held up to the 10mm eye piece. The moon is bright & clear, provided the humidity in the atmosphere doesn't make it appear watery looking, but that's not to do with the scope. I can easily see the stripes on the surface of Jupiter & the rings of Saturn, they just don't show up well through a cellphone camera due to exposure & how bright they are.
"First off, this is an amazing, capable scope. that capability, however, is hidden behind a mountain of setup, collimation and navigation. If you are like me, you did 3 hours of research deciding which type of scope to buy; between refractors, reflectors, scts, maks..., and then did 3 more hours of research after purchasing. this scope requires you to get in depth with telescopes and astronomy. why do I need to point at polaris? why is it on this weird tilt? to understand these, you need basic info on our celstial sphere and star movement. this requires research. if you want an easy scope to grab and go, it's not this one. if you want a capable scope that will not bore you quickly, and are willing to do the work, this is the only scope I'd recommend besides a dobsonian mount. I have seen the crab, dumbell, veil, orion, running man, andromeda nebulae, as well as numerous other messier objects through this scope. veiwing the moon or planets will take your breath away. this scope has i
