How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in France, Russia, China, Thailand, Singapore will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (90 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- if you received the wrong item or if there was a problem with it, you can request a refund or a reshipment within 7 days after you received your parcel.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Chemical Academy (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

Got this for my husband for Christmas. Is getting ready to retire and he's always wanted a telescope. He was a little nervous at first thinking it was a bit over his head but he went online and listened to some videos about how to use and he is very excited. He's learning more about astronomy by watching videos online and has found out that there are some accessories that he can buy to make viewing more fun. Pictures were taken with a smartphone held up to the 10mm eye piece. The moon is bright & clear, provided the humidity in the atmosphere doesn't make it appear watery looking, but that's not to do with the scope. I can easily see the stripes on the surface of Jupiter & the rings of Saturn, they just don't show up well through a cellphone camera due to exposure & how bright they are.
"First off, this is an amazing, capable scope. that capability, however, is hidden behind a mountain of setup, collimation and navigation. If you are like me, you did 3 hours of research deciding which type of scope to buy; between refractors, reflectors, scts, maks..., and then did 3 more hours of research after purchasing. this scope requires you to get in depth with telescopes and astronomy. why do I need to point at polaris? why is it on this weird tilt? to understand these, you need basic info on our celstial sphere and star movement. this requires research. if you want an easy scope to grab and go, it's not this one. if you want a capable scope that will not bore you quickly, and are willing to do the work, this is the only scope I'd recommend besides a dobsonian mount. My daughter is always asking questions about space, or asking me to YouTube stuff about it. It was fun to take the time and actually show her with this telescope. I didn’t have any difficulties with the assembly. Everything was packed securely. A decent telescope for beginners looking to check out the moon. The stand will need to be set on a table or something sturdy off the ground unless you provide your own full size stand, which I’d recommend. I didn’t really mess with the phone holder and Bluetooth shutter yet button but I plan to since the weather is getting nicer out. Comes with a few different viewing lens configurations including a moon filter for the eye piece.
If you are looking for a relatively easy to use, budget telescope, this does the job nicely. Is it perfect? No. If you are an amateur astronomer, this probably isn't for you. If you are a parent/grandparent looking for a gift for an inquisitive child, this is fantastic. I was impressed with how clear the images were. The spotting scope actually is usable making finding images in the objectives much easier. The tripod is quite stable, which is a huge plus. Unfortunately, its also tiny. You'll either need to put it on a table or lay in the grass. I used an old camera tripod and it worked out pretty well, but it wasn't as maneuverable and stable as the included tripod.Using this telescope with a phone and the included holder is a little tricky. The eye piece holder is not set firmly in place, so the weight of a phone tends to move it quite a bit. This results in the image being pulled out of the frame. I purchased this for my boyfriend for his birthday. He's a beginner and often likes to go outside and look at the moon and stars on a clear night with his bird-watching binoculars so I thought it was time for an upgrade.He was able to quickly and easily assemble it but chose not to read the directions, when it came time to try to see the harvest moon, he had to break those bad boys out and read them in order to be able to actually see anything. Fortunately, they were easy to read.The box comes with the scope, a short stand, two lenses and an adapter and remote piece to use with a cell phone so you can take photos with it. We weren't able to get the phone piece to work at first so it took a while to orient it and get it to stay in the piece for it, but once we did we were able to take some remote photos.We're going to keep working with it because some of it is just getting used to it, but it's a great set for a beginn.
Got this telescope in over the weekend and just wanted something to set up on the back porch to look at the skies. Didn't need anything fancy, and this is great for that.It's not as big as you might think, but it works well for it's size and you can get good focus and easily see stars and other celestial bodies.I'm still learning to use it a bit, but using a star map app and then pointing the telescope to certain spots works really well and lets me see everything! It's really nice! There are a ton of different accessories to do a bunch of things that I'm still working on, but it does the job.
It all came well packed, a little uncomfortable to adjust but its money is worth.

I love this telescope. It’s so easy to use and clear when you look through it. You do need to move the dial on the top till it comes through clear. My son is really into space. With the phone attachment he can take pictures and videos when he sees something he likes
having a screen makes it easier to see the photo you want to take, this is extremely easy to use and the photos are very clear when uploaded on my computer.

"It was a Christmas gift for my wife, but we both came to enjoy it. We are both new and our initial experience was a bit disappointing trying to locate the celestial objects. After doing a little research, I found that we didn't have the lenses we were trying to consider. The use of the nozzle for the phone helped and made viewing more pleasant. When viewing the moon, use a 10mm lens without a Barlow lens. We were able to see Jupiter and Saturn using a 25mm lens and then added a Barlow lens. We use the telescope together with Stellarium on our computer or phone to locate planets and stars. In general, this is a great telescope for beginners that I would recommend to a friend."
